- In your new role you will be- Assessing operational risks with regard to Investor Protection (e.g. FinSA, MIFID, PRIIPs)
- Developing and implementing risk mitigation measures together with stakeholders and the team. These can be, for example, process and tool improvements or a further development of our control framework
- Serving as a Subject Matter Expert on Investor Protection topics for key stakeholders at all levels of the organization and across all businesses, functions and regions
- Ensuring that Investor Protection regulatory requirements are fulfilled in collaboration with other relevant functions and Investor Protection 1st Level of Defense

- As a member of BRM Advisory within Business Risk Management Switzerland, you will turn challenges into opportunities within a collaborative team whose enthusiasm and wide business knowledge guarantee an exciting and balanced working environment, as well a fair degree of freedom. Our risk management is hands on In collaboration with the Agile Delivery Organization as well as other relevant functions, we improve IT solutions and processes in order to provide embedded / automated risk controls and guidance for front staff. This will involve broad collaboration with different functions and stakeholder at all levels within the bank to generate sustainable impact.Diversity helps us grow, together. **Your expertise**
- an education in the financial sector is an advantage, but most important to us is your passion and commitment
- experience in the financial sector - preferably in Investment Management and Advisory - or in risk management
- interest and experience in regulatory/legal/risk and project management topics
- investment product and suitability assessment knowhow would be an asset
- team player who likes to work in an engaging environment
- hands-on and result oriented working attitude, can-do mentality
- strong analytical and problem solving skills
- very good communication and interpersonal skills
- fluency in English and German; any other language skills are a plus
