Unsere Maschinen verkaufen wir über unsere eigenen ZURIGA Stores. Ausgehend von Zürich und München bauen wir nun Store für Store in den Städten dieser Welt. Nächstes Jahr steht Berlin auf dem Plan, dann Hamburg, London und Kopenhagen. Jetzt suchen wir jemanden, die Lust hat, ausgehend von Zürich ein internationales Team mitaufzubauen.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- **Menschen führen & Strategien entwickeln, 50%**
Im engen Austausch mit den jeweiligen Storemanager:innen fühlst du den Puls unserer Teams. Du verstehst dich nicht nur als Chef:in sondern vielmehr als Coach und Gesprächspartner:in auf Augenhöhe. Du hilfst den Storemanager:innen klare und konsistente Entscheide zu fällen und bist selber federführend an strategischen Entscheiden beteiligt. Zum Beispiel wenn wir gemeinsam mit dem Team in Zürich eine Rekrutierungsstrategie entwickeln, mit der wir möglichst attraktive Jobprofile schaffen und diese dann mit den besten Leuten besetzen.
- **Alltag in den Stores, 30%**
Unsere Leute in den Stores sind «unser Gesicht nach aussen». Hier wollen wir einen Ort schaffen, an dem sich unsere Kund:innen wohl fühlen. Du koordinierst diese Stores. Wöchentlich tauschst du dich mit den Teams per Zoom aus und circa alle 2 Monate bist du persönlich vor Ort. Ihr besprecht die Unterschiede zwischen Schweizer und Deutschen Kund:innen und wie wir darauf reagieren sollten. Gemeinsam erarbeiten wir ein effizientes System zur Schichtplanung mit einem länderübergreifenden Aushilfspool. Und wir machen uns Gedanken, wie wir es schaffen, dass Passant:innen nicht nur am Schaufenster stehenbleiben, sondern auch gleich auf einen Espresso reinkommen.
- **Neue Städte, neue Stores, 20%**
Bevor wir in einer Stadt Fuss fassen, fahren wir immer wieder hin und vernetzen uns mit Architekt:innen, Kleiderlabels, mit den Manufakturen und den Röster:innen dieser Stadt. Du bist Teil des Expeditionsteams und sitzt bei den Entscheiden mit am Tisch. Gemeinsam überlegen wir uns, an welcher Strasse wir sein sollten, mit welchem Selbstverständnis wir ankommen und nicht zuletzt: wo wir die neuen Arbeitskolleg:innen suchen sollten.

**Du**:

- Du bist ein Menschen-Mensch. Dich interessiert, wie man eine wertschätzenden und motivierende Arbeitsumgebung schafft - und was man auf jeden Fall verhindern muss.
- Gut möglich, dass du Psychologie studiert hast und gut möglich, dass du nebenher in der Gastronomie gejobbt hast. Dich hat interessiert, warum ein Restaurant hypt und wie man es schafft, diesen Hype mit einem Team zu stabilisieren und in ein tragfähiges und nachhaltiges Gastrokonzept zu überführen.
- Du liebst den Moment, wenn im gemeinsamen Gespräch aus vagen Ideen plötzlich ein konkretes Konzept entsteht. Und du liebst es, wen dieses Konzept dann auch ziemlich schnell umgesetzt und getestet wird.
- Du arbeitest umsichtig und gewissenhaft. Du bist loyal und erwartest das auch von deiner Arbeitgeberin.
- Vielleicht wirst du in 5 Jahren künden und selbst etwas gründen, vielleicht wirst du eine Reise machen oder eine Familie gründen und beruflich einen Gang runterschalten. Oder du bleibst länger an Bord und begleitest auch die Expansion in die USA.
