**Head of Business Applications** As head of Business Applications, you and your team are responsible for the further development and maintenance of our SAP system, as well as the coordination of our external development partners. As part of this task, you take on the role of solution architect and, in coordination with the team, are responsible for the solution design or challenge the design proposals of the external partners. You are able to actively support your team in designing solutions and lend a hand. In addition, you are able to critically question and challenge solution concepts in a team. At the same time, you are well acquainted with the business aspects and can adequately represent the interests of IT to the management. We are looking for an ambitious individual as this role will develop into the CIO position **Goal and purpose of the position**: × Management and development of the SAP-CC team (13 people) × Conceptual responsibility for the solutions in SAP (Solution Architect) × Responsibility for the SAP system (operation and projects) × Management of the external partners for the operation and project support of the SAP systems × Coordination of the outsourcing partner for SAP operations × Support of our process management team × Preparation and implementation of the switch to S/4HANA. The Greenfield Approach is already very widely accepted, the procedure and staging still have to be worked out and approved. × Ensuring the 3rd level support of the SAP systems **Background** Must like people and the exchange across departmental boundaries.
