Pour l'un de nos clients, une entreprise spécialisée dans le domaine horloger basée dans la région de Bienne, nous sommes à la recherche d’un.e Head of Business Logistics (H/F)

**VOS FUTURES MISSIONS:
Coordination & Suivi opérationnel
- Diriger et coordonner l'ensemble des activités opérationnelles liées à la logistique de la Business Unit (incl. ses sites de production)
- Résoudre les dysfonctionnements, gérer les priorités, les imprévus et leurs impacts sur la Business Unit et ses clients
- Assurer un service client optimal
- Suivre les KPI, définir et accompagner les mesures correctives
- Communiquer proactivement avec le management sur les principales informations opérationnelles ainsi que sur des éventuels plans d’actions pour atteindre les objectifs
- Assurer la sécurisation des articles selon la stratégie donnée

Processus & Projets
- Proposer et accompagner proactivement le processus d’amélioration continue
- Développer et réaliser le rollout des Tools & Methods : MDG, SCM Tools, MRP Monitor, SAP analytics cloud, DDMRP etc.
- Soutenir, participer et/ou coordonner des projets intra et inter sites de la Business Unit dans le domaine de la logistique et de la planification
- Assurer la coordination des transferts de production entres deux sites

**VOTRE PROFIL**
- Diplôme de niveau haute école spécialisée / haute école dans le domaine de la logistique / Supply Chain (Bachelor / Master)
- Une formation technique de base est un atout
- Solide expérience pratique dans la gestion de département de planification ou logistique dans un environnement industriel
- Maîtrise parfaite d’Excel et des autres outils MS-Office
- À l’aise avec les outils ERP, particulièrement SAP
- Expérience / connaissance DDAE / DDMRP, BI, MRP Tools, SAP Analytics cloud est un atout
- ** Français & Allemand : C1**:

- Anglais : B2

**VOTRE PERSONNALITE**:

- Vous encouragez et favorisez activement une collaboration efficace et une communication ouverte entre les parties prenantes de la Supply Chain
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance des processus logistiques dans des chaînes de production industrielles à plusieurs échelons (multiplant et multilevel BOM)
- Vous pensez et agissez de manière prévoyante, systémique et profitez de votre excellent sens de l’analyse et de votre esprit de synthèse
- Vous faites preuve d’initiative et de leadership et êtes à l'aise dans une fonction dirigeante matricielle
