**About the role**

**What we offer**
- Develop and execute the people strategy in collaboration with our Head of People & Talent to drive organisational objectives.
- Act as a strategic partner and enable business success by facilitating a high-performance culture and promoting employee engagement that aligns with our values, vision and mission.
- Collaborate with other People & Talent professionals, line managers and functional leaders to ensure effective employee development and succession planning.
- Manage performance management and talent review process including compensation and benefits analysis and alignment.
- Build relationships with stakeholders to identify their talent needs, support and deliver value-adding people initiatives to meet their needs.
- Drive a change management approach that supports business and people transformation.
- Advise and coach managers on employee related topics, policies and processes.
- Work with People & Talent colleagues to ensure people practices and processes are aligned with best practice and regulatory, compliance and legal requirements.
- Design and facilitate leadership trainings and provide learning opportunities for our organisation.

**What you offer**
- Master’s degree preferred, or equivalent higher education in HR (e.g. HR Professional with Federal Diploma)
- 7+ years' experience in a similar role in human resources.
- Very good business and organisational understanding as well as thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law.
- People-centric person with high empathy and inclusive mindset as well as distinct sensitivity for cultural differences; exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work across disciplines.
- Experience in leading change initiatives, with proven success in supporting organisational transformation.
- Hands-on mentality and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic scale up environment.
- Fluency in German and English.
