Are you interested in leading a team of specialists focused on the financial aspects of an international IT Infrastructure and Operations family? Then our management team wants to hear from you We are an engaged and dynamic team responsible for a wide portfolio of projects. You will lead a team with about 25 internal employees based in Switzerland, Spain and Poland. As People Head of Projects & Costs you will be responsible for recruitment, development, performance, motivation and retention of the team. You will act as a champion for the company culture and will support our employees in their success. For this position we offer a hybrid working model (SIX office & home office).

**What You Will Do**:

- develop your team in cooperation with the product owners. Align the product teams with the department’s vision and goals. Ensure cross collaboration where reasonable
- lead talent management and be responsible for the recruitment of the product team members (internal & external employees)
- take care of all Human Resource related aspects of the team and foster our company’s culture
- be responsible for the overall vision and strategy of the team and the prioritization of work
- budget responsibility for internal and external staff
- take care of country specific Legal and Compliance topics (Switzerland, Spain, Poland)

**What You Bring**:

- team player with senior leadership and coaching skills
- IT Management skills in area of Project Management and Project Portfolio
- understanding of financial matters with regards to budgeting, forecasting and controlling
- motivating personality with good organizational skills, experience with change management initiatives in international teams
- good advanced cultural understanding & experienced with change management initiatives in international teams
- very good written and spoken English skills. Additional languages are a big plus (German, Spanish)
