**Your team**

Do you enjoy seeing people development concepts put into action? Do you want to experience IT development work within one of the fastest moving industries? Are you hoping to bring your knowledge to life and create exciting content and concepts? Then you might be the right person for this newly established internship.

Within our Chapter Leads practice individuals are enabled to realize and develop their personal and professional potential. The practice is responsible to foster a nurturing, inspiring and productive culture and work environment. Within this area you will be the enabler of great people development content and projects. At the same time you are involved into day-to-day projects and work of the Chapter Leads, where you get a taste of a people managers full responsibility. From these fields your master thesis will also arise.

**Your mission**

Your part-time or full-time mission for at least 6 months
- Support and improve projects related to employee well-being
- Involvement in projects that improve the Agile way of working, Knowledge exchange and other
- Create and evaluate opportunities and offerings for upskilling
- Supports the Chapter Lead Practice in: Mentoring individuals and Teams, creating materials, design of programs of the CL community
- Could be part of your Master-Thesis

**Qualifications**:
**What you need**
- Bachelor in organizational psychology, business education, adult education or communication.
- Mindset of jumping into complexity and bringing people development projects to the next level
- A curious mind that explores all and every possibility for continuous improvement
- Cultural awareness and first experience working in culturally diverse environments
- Strong communication skills
- A ‘can do’ mentality with strong motivational skills to encourage contribution and involvement from others
