Cardiovascular Regional Business Manager

Are you an experienced Regional Business Manager looking for a new role in a growing, innovative biopharmaceutical company? Would you enjoy launching a pioneering cardiovascular treatment and ensuring delivery of field based commercial targets across Italy?
Compass Life Sciences have been supporting the significant European-wide expansion of an exciting biopharmaceutical company over the past 6 months and are now looking to recruit an experienced and highly successful Regional Business Manager to spearhead a launch across Switzerland.
**Role**:
**Responsibilities**:
Map, develop and deliver Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets for KAM team
Management processing through Veeva or alternative platforms.
Full utilization of current CRM system to optimally direct and monitor team performance and operational delivery.
Highly effective communication with cross functional team, RBMs and KAMs.
Conduct regular team meetings to update and motivate the team as well as performance reviews to ensure development of team. Providing coaching and training programs if required.
Adhere to reporting and compliance requirements.
Recruitment and induction of new KAMs within region.
Effective control of OPEX revenues, budgets and tangible results.
Providing input, access feedback, pathways, knowledge and protocols to deliver successful product launch.
Input into development plan for Italian congress.
Maintain relationship with Key Opinion Leaders, stakeholders and strategic business partners.
**Requirements**:
University degree + high success track record in pharmaceutical sales at affiliate level.
French and English language fluency.
Demonstrated high success in the Cardiovascular and/or cardiometabolic, metabolic, lipid and diabetes market.
Comprehensive understanding of Primary and Secondary care sectors.
Data-focused and results-orientated leader.
Utilisation of Veeva or alternate platforms
