Die Würth International Gruppe ist in den Ländern China, Schweiz, Singapur, Slowakei und USA vertreten und betreut Kunden in rund 80 Ländern weltweit. Als Customer Experience Agent sind Sie für eine effiziente und innovative Umsetzung des «Order to Cash» Prozesses für unsere Kunden zuständig.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Bereitstellung eines qualitativ hochwertigen Customer Services
- Auftragsmanagement
- Kundenansprechpartner und Lösungsanbieter für Fragen und Probleme entlang der gesamten «Order to Cash» Prozesskette
- Stellvertretung Head of Customer Service
- Identifizierung und Aufdeckung individueller Kundenwünsche und Prozessverbesserungen durch Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team
- Sie tragen zum kontinuierlichen Lernen und Erfolg Ihres Teams bei, indem Sie sich an teamübergreifenden Projekten beteiligen, die zu sinnvollen Verbesserungen des Kundenerlebnisses beitragen

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Prozessmanagement oder Betriebswirtschaft/Supply Chain Management von Vorteil
- Idealerweise erste Führungserfahrungen
- SAP-Kenntnisse und IT-Affinität
- Sie sind ein wortgewandter Kommunikator
- Ausgeprägte Macherqualitäten und den Drang, etwas bewegen zu wollen
- Fliessende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, jede weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil
- Neugier und Offenheit
- Sie sind einfühlsam und haben Spass daran, Herausforderungen im Team zu meistern
