**CONTEXT**

Richemont is advancing in its strong pioneering ambition to transform its business model towards New Retail. The group is pursuing its strong development into the digitization of its commerce value chain, relying the strategic partnerships with Alibaba Group and Farfetch.

Richemont has a strong ambition to transition to a New Retail business model which will be heavily powered by Data. In this context, the Group has established a global data strategy which is currently being implemented by the Group Data Office. In particular, the Group is investing in state-of-the-art cloud-based data architecture and infrastructure which is hosting multiple data projects of its Maisons and entities.

As a Data Platforms Product Owner, you will have a key enablement role within the Group Data Office and manage with Group Tech Data the development and run of our state-of-the art Data Platforms.

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

The Data Platforms Product Owner contributes to the product strategy defined by the business sponsors and clarifies requirements with the stakeholders to coordinate the product Team. Responsible for implementing the product vision, roadmap, backlog management and entire product lifecycle, the Data Platforms Product Owner is accountable for the definition and prioritisation of requirements in the product backlog and manages business demands, aligning these with the area/ domain leads.

The Data Platforms Product Owner works in close collaboration with the rest of the Group Data Office and the Group Data Platforms Technology Team in order to define and deliver the Data Platforms Roadmaps. In particular, the Data Platforms Product Owner will:

- **Update and oversee the roadmap for the Group Data Platforms Product suite**
- Engage with business sponsors and Group Technology to define the vision for the Data Platforms
- Collaborate closely with Group Technology, the Technical Product Owner and the development team, in bringing the Data Platforms forward,
- Develop and promote the roadmap for the Data Platforms Product suite
- Maintain the roadmap with business sponsors and Group Technology
- Evaluate Data Platforms product development: performance and activity reporting, development OKRs, enabling ROI
- Align dependencies at strategic and operational level with product owners across the technology landscape -e.g. prioritization processes for optimal value creation with data in other technology products
- Ensure that Richemont Data Governance principles can be reflected in the Data Platforms
- **Prioritize and plan Data Platforms Products project delivery**:

- Consolidate requirements from Data Domain Leads / Group Functions and Maisons project manager
- Define global delivery planning with Group Technology Data team for each domain/ project area and across data platforms products based on business priorities and delivery team capacity
- Communicate delivery planning to project manager
- **Deliver Data Platforms Products expected performance for** **products in direct operational scope -e.g. Data Lakes**
- Qualify requirements and produce user stories and relative prioritization by value (customer benefit / profit) in the Data Platforms products backlog
- Manage & own the product backlog, ensuring agile delivery of user stories
- Participate in the agile Data Catalog product development squad, e.g. Scrum standup meetings, Sprint Planning and Reviews, etc.
- Delegate tasks to develop ownership, coordinate technical requirements
- Coordinate User Testing
- Exchange with stakeholders / Data Platforms Users and clarify team requests

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?**
- You have relevant education - e.g., Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems or equivalent) with around 10 years working experience;
- You have a strong understanding and agility with Data and Data Technology -e.g. Data Lakes, DataOps, APIs and Integration;
- You are both rigorous in delivering an efficient process and comfortable with ambiguity;
- You are passionate about the digital world and well-informed about latest market developments
