**MAIN PURPOSE**

The Supply Chain Solutions director is responsible for the development of a competency center on Supply Chain at the service of the Maisons of the Group with the objective to develop and improve the Supply Chain best practices for the Maisons. The Supply Chain Solutions Director is also acting as Business Sponsor for the Supply Chain Planning Area.

The Supply Chain Solutions Department has 3 main activities:

- **Supply Chain Downstream**:

- Support the W&J and F&A Maisons in the development of best practices and tools with the objective to implement Market best practices inside all of the Maisons of the Group.
- **Omnichannel Fulfilment**:

- Collaborate with Group Digital Distribution team in the deployment of best practices and tools in the domain of Omnichannel Fulfilment.
- **Supply Chain Upstream**:

- Support the W&J Maisons in the development of best practices and tools with the objective to implement End to End Supply Chain best practices.
- Collaborate with RIMS organisation.
- Share and implement best practices inside the MCCs.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**END TO END SUPPLY CHAIN STRATEGY**
- **_STRATEGY DEFINITION AND MANAGEMENT :_** Support the Maisons of their definition of the End to End Supply Chain strategy and the associated 3 years plan.

**SUPPLY CHAIN DOWNSTREAM & UPSTREAM**
- **_BUSINESS PROCESS OWNER:_** Act as BPO ("Business Process Owner") and Coordinate within the Maisons the definition of business templates for processes to be used both for Maisons and for IT. Ensure alignment between the business / best practices templates and IT solution (inc. solution choice like “order management”). Manage new requirements / evolution of the templates.
- **_KPIS & CONTROL:_** Define & share Metrics (KPIs to monitor the performance of the Supply Chain of the Maisons). Define Supply Chain Dashboard to implement for each maisons.
- **_SUPPLY CHAIN STUDIES:_** Provide methodology, tools & expertise to conduct the engineering & optimisation studies, **on demand** from the Maisons SC, the WW Logistics Dept & the Group Supply Chain head.
- **_BEST PRACTICES & PROCESSES:_** Define & manage the Supply Chain « best practices ». Ensure « best practice » & processes sharing between the Maisons with the organization & animation of Supply Chain forums.

**OMNICHANNEL**
- **_PRODUCT OWNER :_** Act as PO ("Product Owner") and Coordinate within the Maisons and Group Digital Distribution the definition of business templates for processes to be used both for Maisons and for IT. **_INNOVATION / BENCHMARK_**
- **_TECHNOLOGICAL WATCH:_** Assess new technologies that can contribute to enhance & transform Supply Chain.
- **_BENCHMARK:_** Conduct research, including internal & external interviews and consultations. Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative information to assess the competitive performance of Richemont, the Maisons and the main competitors in the Supply Chain domains.

**MANAGEMENT**
- **_DEPARTMENT MANAGEMENT:_** Manage the overall operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities and activities of the department. Plan and allocate resources to effectively staff and accomplish the work to meet departmental productivity and quality goals.
