**Omnichannel Project Management intern**

**CONTEXT**

Omnichannel Team is part of the Richemont Global Digital Distribution department. We are looking for an intern for a 6 months mission to support the core team on diverse omnichannel projects, change management activities and analysis.

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

Change management and project support
- Lead project related change management activities including defining ways of working that will boost adoption of omnichannel products, creating training materials and video guides
- Support diverse digital and omnichannel projects during planning, development and

implementation stages
- Track adoption KPIs and propose action plan to be implemented by Maisons and markets
- Maintain and structure internal wiki systems with project status updates and relevant information

Analysis and competitive intelligence
- Support business with actionable data insights and reporting
- Conduct on-demand market valuations and benchmarking analyses

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**

We are looking for a highly motivated, goal orientated individual, who is able to work independently and is passionate about the digital world.
- You hold a Business Master Degree, ideally with some working experience in a retail environment.
- You have very good communication skills (English) and like to prepare effective communication documents.
- You are very client centric and are an active listener.
- You are curious to analyze customer related processes (appointments, live chat) and propose business-driven improvements.
- You are effective in managing projects and have a good ability to solve problems.
- You are familiar with data analytics tools and master Excel.
- You are able to create business analysis & insights coming from data.
- You are very interested by digital and retail and are following retail digitalization trends and Ecommerce.
- You are available for the next 6 months, with starting date ASAP
