- We are currently looking for an
- **intern for a period of 6-months** to help the
- **Chief of Staff** in
- **supporting the CSO and the Sustainability team** and in
- **deploying the Sustainability Strategy** throughout the Group
- **using the internal communication channels**.**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
- You will work with
- **talented multidisciplinary colleagues** on those different tasks:
**Communication**:

- Animate the **Sustainability collaboration spaces** (Yammer, SharePoint)
- Create **compelling contents** for **Yammer publications** and the **Sustainability Newsletter**:

- Draft articles for **internal communications publication**:

- **Design graphics** and other **visual communication** material as needed

**Organisation**:

- Monitoring of **external market intelligence**:

- Help to **organise Sustainability events** (Conferences, Committees, meetings, calls, webinars )
- Provide **administrative support**

**WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE** ?- Currently studying or recently graduated from a degree in **Communication, Journalism, media studies or similar**:

- **Previous experience in Communication or similar**:

- Fluent in **French and English**:

- **Flexibility**, **detail-orientated** and **positive**:

- Ability to **manage several projects simultaneously**:

- Ability to **meet deadlines**:

- **High computer literacy**, proficiency in **photoshop** and other **graphic softwares** is a plus
- Experience in **writing for publication is a plus**:

- **Creative mindset**:

- Available for a period of **6 months**
