Promoting a fair and inclusive culture is embedded in Richemont’s strategy and is part of our core values of building responsible partnerships. We are seeking to strengthen the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) team by recruiting a DEI Intern in Geneva on a one year basis.

The role will report to, and support, the Group Head of DEI in the overall management and implimentation of the Group’s DEI strategy across business lines and locations. The role provides an opportunity to not only shape important aspects of Richemont’s strategy in relation to DEI, but to drive initiatives both internally and externally.

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

As DEI Intern you will be:

- Acting as a DEI support for the Group, and DEI leaders across businesses and regional Richemont offices
- Assisting the Group DEI team in the actualizing, defining, coordinating and communicating concrete DEI action plans, projects and trainings across the Group
- Promoting and supporting implementations within the business lines, while ensuring alignment and scale with Group DEI strategy
- Maintain calendar, organize notes - while maintaining your voice for DEI
- Enabling progress towards a more inclusive culture, both from a structural and behavioral standpoint, including across the following dimensions: recruitment, career progression and talent development, manager and employee engagement, policies and role modeling
- Identifying external trends, keeping abreast of research and recognising best practices in the field of DEI, including participating in external meetings and events (i.e. DEI forums, partner/sponsor events) as required
- Supporting the business, business line DEI Committees/initiatives and Employee Networks with inputs as required
- Liaising and collaborating with key stakeholders across the Group: The 5 regional leads

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?**
- Undergraduate or master’s university degree with previous work experience
- Open minded and curious, with a passion and interest in the topic of DEI (previous experience in the field is not required)
- Highly proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and strong analytical ability
- Strong written and communication skills
- A team player by nature, you will be collaborative, proactive, results oriented and driven by the desire to contribute and impact change
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your work to a high standard
- Fluent in English and French is a must
- Must be resident in Switzerland or with right to work in Switzerland
