Key Responsibilities:
  • Define global deployment plan for Taste innovation projects, covering all pre-commercialization and technical marketing aspects.
  • Elaborate clear value proposition and storytelling backed-up with science and technical data.
  • Ensure the innovation project portfolio is ready for deployment in target markets (incl. trademarking; consumer insights; regulatory compliance; supply chain, documentation and systems readiness; pricing; etc.).
  • Design innovative internal and external launch material incl. market product demos.
  • Drive and participate in internal trainings for the creation, technical, marketing, and commercial communities.
  • Collaborate with strategic and technical innovation program leaders (IPLs and TPLs) to assess elements such as positioning, route to market, partnerships, pricing strategy, technical performance, etc.
  • Foster communication between global and regions as well as among global functions and strategic business units.

You Bring:
  • University degree in Food / Flavor Technology or Business Administration.
  • 5-10 years’ experience in the food & beverages or food ingredients industry (e.g. flavors, nutrition, texture systems). B2B and B2C experience is a significant asset.
  • Excellent project management skills, rigorous and organized, with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent technical marketing background (ability to explain complex scientific topics in a clear, concise, and client-focused manner).
  • Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate cross-functional communication, persuasive, good influencing skills across cultures & geographies.
