**HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT?**

As an Administrative Assistant you will ensure the proper management of parking lots and participates in the development of mobility for Richemont's Bellevue headquarters. You will be responsible for part of the department's purchasing and administration. You will also act as a back-up for the Administrative Services Coordinator, including vehicle fleet management.

**Key responsibilities**:
**Site Mobility Plan / Parking management**
- Manage the Mobility scheme for the Bellevue site:

- Single point of contact for all queries coming from employees
- Creation and monitoring of FairMove KPI’s and statistics
- Organization and preparation of several events and communications related to the mobility plan (Mobility Week, cycling community, etc.).
- Be an active member of the Mobility Committee: Participate in and lead meetings of mobility committees and suppliers/providers to harmonize Mobility between campuses.
- Make proposals on mobility issues (suggest new approaches, cost proposals, etc.).
- Monitor trends and best practices

**Administration/purchase**
- Participate and/or lead new projects related to upcoming services
- Bellevue new joiners’ onboarding: monitor the onboarding of new joiners and ensure they have the necessary office supplies upon their arrival
- Animate and maintain the dedicated SharePoint
- Concur: key user contact, create an animate the trainings
- Responsible of the office supply inventory including creation of POs, quotes etc.

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?**
- CFC diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in French and English, both verbal and written
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Hands-on, pro-active and problem solving,
- Excellent communication skills
- SAP experience is considered a plus
- Able to work independently and take ownership
- Able to handle pressure
- Creative and continuous improvement approach
- Service orentied
- Excellent team player
