**MAIN PURPOSE**

Lead and support the development of a competitive and contemporary** Compensation** **Strategy** that will attract, engage, recognize and reward Richemont employees worldwide.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and manage an attractive and equitable global compensation infrastructure supporting Richemont’s values, priorities and changing business needs
- Lead compensation management processes and implement fiscally sound base pay salary structures, variable plans and other employee recognition opportunities that will support Richemont and its Maisons’ compensation philosophy.
- Bring expertise in International Compensation and Job Ranking methodology for Corporate, Maisons and Regions Management and provide guidance for the entire population.
- Provide market data and run any worldwide salary survey and benchmark to support compensation decisions.
- Animate the Worldwide Compensation community and create appropriate training, communication and tools to support the Compensation processes.
- Partner with Corporate, Maisons and Regions HRDs to identify and proactively solve Compensation challenges
- Stay current on legislation, trends, and marketplace changes and make recommendations to ensure competitiveness and compliance in all relevant markets.
- Play a critical role on the larger HR Leadership team.

**PROFILE**

We are expecting a highly motivated talent, who brings along the following background:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field required, a Master’s Degree or MBA preferred.
- 10+ years broad-based and progressive experience in designing, implementing and managing global compensation programs within a global organization using state-of-the-art knowledge of current best practices.
- Sound experience in managing, engaging, and developing a professional team of experts in a global organization.
- Excellent knowledge and experience of Asian markets.
- Solid business and external market trend acumen.
- Ability to communicate effectively and to present complex materials in a clear and concise manner, using data to tell your story.
- Highly adaptable, strategic and capable of solving complex business issues.
- Ability of achieving goals drawing upon excellent collaboration and influencing skills.
- Extensive planning, organization, delegation and decision-making abilities.
- Uncompromising character and set of values and at the same time knows how to have fun.
- Fluent oral and written communication skills in English and French, any other language will be a plus.
