**SWISS LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER**

**THE ROLE**

Richemont Switzerland is looking for a Learning & Development expert to join the Swiss HR team with the accountability to drive and implement the Swiss Learning & Development roadmap ensuring all our Richemont colleagues are well-equipped to perform their job in the most efficient conditions.

Located in Bellevue, Switzerland, you will report to the HR Director Switzerland & Corporate being part of the Swiss HR leadership team and working closely with the Group L&D team.

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

Working closely with various internal stakeholders, you will have two different roles:
**Swiss Learning & Development community manager**:

- Animate the Swiss L&D community composed of the various L&D Managers of our local entities via monthly meetings
- Adapt and cascade Group’s initiatives to the local population
- Listen and collect the local needs to develop the appropriate local learning catalogue
- Optimize training costs, identify and manage efficiently local suppliers
- Be responsible for the Swiss Learning & Development budget

**Learning & Development Manager for Swiss Richemont population (HQ and Manufacturing)**:

- Implement the Group L&D strategy and regularly share local specific needs and opportunities to ensure the Swiss population is well equipped to meet our people’s ambitions
- Work closely with local HR teams, employees, and managers of Richemont Switzerland to create a strong culture of learning and secure efficient people development capabilities
- Ensure the Swiss Learning & Development programs fit the various audiences ‘needs with a strong focus on our Manufacturing population and adjust when needed
- Be responsible to secure a good onboarding program when joining the Group
- Facilitate the yearly Performance management process according to Group guidelines
- Measure the success of the various L&D initiatives (KPIs) and adjust accordingly
- Deliver local learning programs together with the HR team when needed

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**

To succeed in this role, you need to be passionate about people development and drive a strong culture of learning. You need to accompany our colleagues in leveraging upskilling and reskilling opportunities that will support the growthA strong expertise (8-10 yrs) in learning, talent development/ engagement, is essential. We also need you to succeed in managing projects efficiently.

Since we are developing very fast, you will need to be comfortable with both strategic and operational tasks and be able to work in a changing and complex environment.

You will work with different people and different métiers / functions which requires effective communication skills and capabilities to influence in both French and English a large and diverse community.

Monitoring closely our various initiatives will also require strong analytical competencies.
