HR Service Delivery Operations Manager

**Votre équipe**:

- La division Corporate Functions regroupe les activités non bancaires du Groupe et compte plus de 600 collaborateurs. Assurées par des spécialistes connaissant parfaitement l’ensemble des lignes de métier, les fonctions centrales se répartissent en divers départements: Communication, Compliance, Finances, Ressources humaines, Sécurité de l’information, Audit interne, Juridique, Organisation, Risques et Fiscalité.- Sous la conduite du responsable de l’équipe HR Service Delivery, vous aurez la tâche de gérer divers aspects du cycle de vie des collaborateurs, selon une approche fondée sur la polyvalence. Dans ce cadre, vous collaborerez étroitement avec le responsable du service HR Solutions ainsi qu’avec d’autres équipes au sein du Groupe, dont les activités ne sont pas liées à la gestion des Ressources humaines.**Votre rôle**:

- Créer ou modifier des postes dans HR SAP et veiller à leur affichage correct dans la base de données.
- Saisir dans HR SAP les données relatives aux nouveaux collaborateurs et aux collaborateurs sortants, ainsi que les changements liés à leurs « cycle de vie », et notamment ceux résultant de la mobilité géographique ou fonctionnelle, en coordination avec l’équipe International Mobility & Benefits Advisory.
- Effectuer dans HR SAP la saisie et la vérification des données relatives à la rémunération des collaborateurs, en coordination avec l’équipe Group Compensation Advisory Services.
- Gérer les trois phases («pre-run», «run» et «post-run») du cycle de rémunération des collaborateurs basés en Suisse.
- Jouer le rôle d’interlocuteur/trice de référence pour toutes les questions relatives à la rémunération et aux cotisations sociales.
- Consolider les données salariales pour certaines entités du Groupe à l’étranger.
- Traiter les demandes d’allocations maternité et perte de gain (service militaire), ainsi que d’attestations établies par l’employeur.
- Servir d’interlocuteur/trice de référence pour l’ensemble des utilisateurs de HR SAP au sein des sociétés du groupe Pictet à l’étranger, définir des procédures d’utilisation et établir la documentation s’y rapportant.
- Mettre à jour HR SAP pour tenir compte des changements organisationnels.
- Assister l’équipe RH Pension Services dans certaines activités administratives.

**Votre profil**:

- CFC d’employé/e de commerce ou formation jugée équivalente.
- Expérience d’au moins cinq ans au sein d’un département RH.
- Sens aigu du service à la clientèle et aptitude à communiquer avec des interlocuteurs variés et exigeants, dans un contexte international.
- Connaissance approfondie des logiciels SAP HCM (PA, OM, PY, ESS) et maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels.
- Parfaite maîtrise orale et écrite du français et de l’anglais.
- Domicile en Suisse requis.
- Consciencieux/se et flexible, vous savez faire preuve d’initiative et travailler de manière autonome, dans le respect de la discrétion inhérente à la fonction. Grâce à votre sens de l’organisation et à votre rigueur, vous serez à même d’exécuter de manière fiable et efficace les différentes tâches qui vous seront confiées.**Note**:
