- In your role you will:
- Deliver regulation driven and / or risk mitigating initiatives for Business Risk Management Switzerland (BRM) end-to-end, including initiation, analysis, solution design and delivery management.
- Represent BRM towards the Agile Delivery Organization (ADO), which drives digitalization & innovation by delivering new tools and processes in an agile mode and act as liaison between ADO and BRM experts.
- Act as BRM representative in ADO-related forums, align and partner with Compliance, Legal and other UBS functions on ADO-related topics.
- Oversee an efficient and regular portfolio reporting across BRM initiatives and BRM demand towards Agile Delivery Organization (ADO).
- Coach and support the BRM Advisory Junior Initiative Manager to foster professional development

- As a member of BRM Advisory within Business Risk Management Switzerland, you will turn challenges into opportunities within a collaborative team whose enthusiasm and wide business knowledge guarantee an exciting and balanced working environment, as well a fair degree of freedom. Our risk management is hands on In collaboration with the Agile Delivery Organization as well as other relevant functions, we improve IT solutions and processes in order to provide embedded / automated risk controls and guidance for front staff. This will involve broad collaboration with different functions and stakeholder at all levels within the bank to generate sustainable impact.

**Your expertise**
- understanding of the evolving Swiss and EU-regulatory landscape and risk-management topics in the financial industry
- 5-8 years of professional experience and a track record in the successful delivery of regulatory and / or risk-mitigating projects / programs / initiatives - ideally in an international environment
- experience in setting up an efficient and effective portfolio management governance including reporting
- knowledgeable in the AGILE-way of working and understanding of UBS Agile Delivery Organisation (GWM/P&C) would be a plus
- analytical mindset, willingness to learn, team
- and service orientation, strong communication skills and independent working style
- proactive attitude to take full ownership of tasks and area of responsibility
- ability to work under pressure, to prioritize and to take decisions
