- In your role you will:
- Support the implementation of Business Risk Management Switzerland (BRM) initiatives including initiation, analysis, solution design, delivery management and project administration.
- Introduce and maintain working methods and processes to facilitate collaboration between BRM and the Agile Delivery Organization (ADO), which drives digitalization & innovation by delivering new tools and processes in an agile mode.
- Account for the monthly reporting process on BRM initiatives and BRM demand towards ADO to support regular and transparent reporting to BRM Management and Stakeholders.

- As a member of BRM Advisory within Business Risk Management Switzerland, you will turn challenges into opportunities within a collaborative team whose enthusiasm and wide business knowledge guarantee an exciting and balanced working environment, as well a fair degree of freedom. Our risk management is hands on In collaboration with the Agile Delivery Organization as well as other relevant functions, we improve IT solutions and processes in order to provide embedded / automated risk controls and guidance for front staff. This will involve broad collaboration with different functions and stakeholder at all levels within the bank to generate sustainable impact.

**Your expertise**
- minimum 1-4 years of professional experience in the financial industry, ideally in business risk management and/or a regulatory environment
- 1-2 years of experience in a project-related environment as (junior) PMO and/or (junior) Business Analyst
- first experience with the UBS GWM/P&C Agile Delivery Organization would be plus
- organized and able to juggle many tasks simultaneously
- a team player who likes to work in a dynamic environment who is proactive and solution-oriented thinker
- a good communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- quick to learn new things be it a new IT tool or different process
- very good knowledge of MS Office in particular MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
- good knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence and/or PPM would be a plus
- solid knowledge (written and spoken) in both German and English
