- We’re looking for an Initiative Manager to:
- manage aspects of large scale, high complex initiatives, which includes planning, execution, timing, quality, client satisfaction, and early identification of potential issues
- identify and manage senior stakeholders and clients, evaluate their interests, and establish effective communication channels ensuring effective stakeholder management and engagement
- coordinate the tasks of the initiative among different divisions, streams, crews of different streams, and vendors
- help resolve cross-stream conflicts and dependencies, align with stream/crew leads and facilitate reprioritization efforts
- perform risk assessment, play an active role in risk mitigation and management, and maintain and monitor a risk management plan
- ensure that the next quarter’s OKRs are included in the QBRs (Division) so that the initiatives are fully transparent and suitable priorities can be made

**Your team**
- You'll be working within the CDIO Group Functions Artificial Intelligence, Data & Analytics (ADA) Team, closely interacting with our business professionals, data scientist and technology teams across CDIO Group Functions.
- You will be joining a team that are helping to scale, build and leverage Artificial Intelligence, Data & Analytics in the business.
- Our team partners with different Group Functions across CDIO develop innovative digital solutions and expand our technical expertise into new areas.

**Your expertise**
- ideally at least 10 years initiative management (or similar) experience
- good understanding of operational processes, preferably within the financial services industry
- team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels
- well structured, very reliable and dedicated; high attention to detail; ability to handle a significant number of dependencies and issues
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to adapt to different audiences and working styles / backgrounds and effective influence change in a global and diverse team
- proactive and independent work style, good organizational and time-management skills
