- We’re looking for an Initiative Manager for our Risk Engine Consolidation/Transformation Initiative- contextualize AM’s Risk and Cloud first strategy and how it can be applied within Asset Management, CDIO AM streams and crews
- manage aspects of large scale, high complex initiatives/programs, which includes planning, execution, coordination, conflict resolution, client satisfaction, and early identification of potential issues
- manage senior stakeholders and clients, evaluate their interests, and establish effective communication channels ensuring effective stakeholder management and engagement
- coordinate the tasks of the initiative among different divisions, streams, crews of different streams, and vendors
- help resolve cross-stream conflicts and dependencies, align with stream/crew leads and facilitate reprioritization efforts
- perform risk assessment, play an active role in risk mitigation and management, and maintain and monitor a risk management plan
- ensure that the next quarter’s OKRs are included in the QBRs (Division) so that the initiatives are fully transparent and suitable priorities can be made

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the CDIO Asset Management - Initiative Manager COE Team based in Zurich or London together with a multinational team with members across different regions. Our vision is to empower the core strategy of UBS Asset Management with innovative and reliable solutions.

**Your expertise**
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand the risk business context and make the right decisions
- working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product management
- understanding and several years of experience of financial products, investment risk, market risk, etc.
- vast experience in leading IT initiatives with deep knowledge on data architecture, liaising and adhering/build IT architecture with CTO and understanding the DO’s and DON’T’s of a Cloud first strategy
- strong banking business/process understanding, highly preferably in Asset management
- strong analytical, communication and facilitation (workshops) skills
- excellent stakeholder management skills, ability to build a network of trusted partners in a global organization and able to collaborate with all levels within the organization
- track record of delivering complex change programs
- strong leadership skills, including mentoring and coaching
