**Lead BfE & Investment Propositions**
**Summary of the role**:
Working closely with the global IPB Head Lending, Advisory & Sales and reporting to the IPB Global Coordinator Bank for Entrepreneurs (BfE), the lead BfE & Investment Propositions drives IPB’s revenue and profitability development by reviewing and enhancing IPB’s BfE and investment propositions across client segments and regions. To support the IPB-wide steering of these propositions, the role will drive increased transparency on product-related volumes, revenues and cost across regions, support the planning and performance assessment process from a product perspective and drive initiatives to enhance IPB’s value proposition in line with IPB’s strategy, financial ambition and risk priorities.
**Key Responsibilities of the role**:
- **Proposition Enhancement**
- Support the IPB Head Lending, Advisory & Sales in detailing / reviewing the IPB’s investment proposition across client segments and regions in line with IPB strategic, financial and risk-related objectives
- Work with IPB Global Coordinator Bank for Entrepreneurs (BfE) in enhancing the Bank for Entrepreneur proposition, risk-adjusted performance and operating model in both existing focus markets (Italy, Spain) as well as new geographies
- Drive selected initiatives to enhance existing BfE or investment offering in close collaboration with respective regional coverage and infrastructure functions as well as other Divisions (e.g., Corporate Bank, Investment Bank) as applicable
- **Product Transparency & Steering**
- Enhance product-level transparency on volumes, margins, revenues and related costs as pre-requisite for decision-making and steering discussions (incl. implementation initiatives required to improve data availability & quality across regions)
- Support the planning, monitoring and performance assessment process with regard to investment results across regions (incl. definition and implementation of related KPIs across organizational levels)
- **Enablers & Leadership Support**
- Support Head Lending, Advisory & Sales in the organizational development of the Advisory & Sales function (e.g., review of roles & responsibilities vs. other product functions and front teams)
- Drive definition and prioritization of A&S tool landscape across regions (e.g., development of proposal tool) in alignment with regional A&S Teams and supporting Agile teams
- Support, on a case-by-case basis, the Head Lending, Advisory & Sales in selected leadership and communication responsibilities (e.g., committee/conference presentations, townhalls, HR initiatives, presentations to DB governance bodies or regulators)
**Required Profile**:
- Educated to degree level or with relevant industry experience
- Relevant industry experience of at least 5 years in a consulting, strategy, business or product management function with exposure to Wealth Management
- Successful track record on project delivery with the ability to lead a project team
- Strong team player, also able to meet tight deadlines and multi-task in volatile environment
- Self-motivated and goal orientated or proactive with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills with a positive approach
- Meticulous, methodical and concise, with a strong attention to detail
- Professional integrity and strong belief in the value of diversity
- Eager to help improve our processes, with a continuous improvement mindset
- Fluent (written and oral) in English; other languages are a plus (e.g., French)
