**WHY AM I HERE?**

I am accountable for the relationship and commercial success of the Specialists Accounts managed at a Pan European level. By negotiating with them and executing strategies that are aligned with our European go-to-market targets and plans.

**WHAT DO I DO?**

**Account Management**
- Responsible for driving the relationship of our Specialist European accounts.
- Formulate and execute the annual Customer Business plans.
- Provides input into sales strategy / sales forecast within business unit.
- Has full P&L responsibility for volume, net revenue, gross profit and o retail investments.
- Negotiate annual contract terms in line with EA guidance to reach annual targets and ensure full compliance of business relationships.
- Forecasts product launch and ongoing inventory needs, work with retailers to influence and shape product forecast expectations.
- Responsible for developing and nurturing senior relationships within the account.

**Retail-marketing execution**
- Coordinates the creation of customer specific merchandising and marketing programs where applicable to maximize in store and online returns on investments.
- Efficiently manages the Trade Marketing budget so ensure a top class retailer support to our new releases and back catalogue titles.
- Maximizes product lifecycle revenue at assigned account from reveal to launch, and beyond.
- Emphasizes product launch and investments in line with marketing strategies.

**Collaboration with other internal & external partners**
- Liaises successfully with colleagues in a matrix environment.
- Regularly interacts with leadership and works with a wide range of internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Works closely with AR team to track and follow credit limits to cover low and peak seasons.
- Helps in solving A/R related account issues.
- Engages with Operations to support shipments anticipation and effectiveness.
- Guides others in resolving complex issues in specialized area based on existing solutions and procedures - seen as best practice / quality resource.
- Key participant in strategic initiatives within EU business.

**WHAT DO I NEED?**:

- Commercial experience for at least 4 years leading the commercial relationship of international accounts.
- Strong skills in planning and executing commercial and trade marketing plans.
- Used to negotiate commercial and term conditions.
- Ability to present in front of others and lead meaningful discussions.
- Used to resolve complex issues in creative ways; to anticipate and prevent problems.
- Fluent in English. Other European languages will be an advantage.
- Taste for Entertainment industries
