**Job Summary**:
As **EAME Corporate Account Manager **you will develop and maintain effective internal partner relationships and relationships with major customers so that sales objectives can be achieved. You will develop and execute account strategies and activities for specified accounts, establishing high-level relationships with business decision makers and identify business needs and problems. You will be accountable for development and implementation of market strategies for key industries and customers as well as securing commitment of Caterpillar and Dealer resources to assure continued customer satisfaction.

**What you will do**:

- Conduct regular visits to job locations, foreign and domestic, to provide advice and counsel to potential customers.
- Ensure that account decision makers have been fully exposed to the features/ benefits available from Caterpillar products, dealer, and marketing before they finalize purchasing decisions.
- Communicate effectively across product, industry, dealer and/or customer audiences to gain understanding and acceptance of ideas and recommendations.
- Consult with dealers and districts about sales and services “corporate account” customers. Travel in the field to monitor and resolve issues regarding customer satisfaction and future product needs.
- Develop product support and other types of program planning for assigned customers.
- work with people from many different backgrounds and cultures, internally and externally, with the appropriate influence and ability to resolve differences.

**What You Have**:
**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferably in engineering and marketing or related field
- Extensive experience with long-term industry knowledge (10+ years)
- Excellent communication skills and knowledge of French and English language
- Ability to deal with sensitive issues, coaching/leadership skills
- Previous experience within EAME region
- Possibility to travel extensively across the EAME region to create outstanding relationships with customers and CAT Dealers
- Specific industry experience with CI products, services, work tools and digital solutions exposure
- Knowledge of other European language as advantage
