Deine Aufgaben:

- Ob Inbound
- oder Outbound-Sale: mit deinen kommunikativen Skills Neukunden per Telefon sowie E-Mail gewinnen und unsere (Bestands-)Kunden beraten bzw. betreuen
- Durch die punktgenaue Mediaberatung die Probleme der Kunden und unsere technischen Lösungen zusammenführen
- Die Dokumentation und Kundenverwaltung in unserem CRM-System (Sales Force) übernehmen
- Immer auf der Höhe der Zeit: unser individuelles Multiposting-Tool optimal präsentieren und an den Kunden bringen
- Nicht zuletzt auf deiner Agenda: routiniert Medienangebote offerieren und diese nachfassen

Dein Profil:

- Nice to have: eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung - was aber vor allem zählt: Berufspraxis im In
- und Outbound und gute digitale Fähigkeiten
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und idealerweise in Salesforce
- Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
- Der optimale Mix aus einer hohen Dienstleistermentalität und einem ebenso empathischen wie aufgeschlossenen Auftreten
