About the Role

SAP is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to customers to ensure successful adoption and utilization of SAP solutions.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing customers.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a consulting, sales, or account management capacity.
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Fluency in English and German, with additional languages a plus.
