**Your role**
- Do you enjoy a varied tasks and a dynamic environment?
- We’re are looking for a person who can support with business management and related executive Assistant activities who will a small number of GCS senior leaders:
- Organize the agenda and schedule meetings and coordinate meeting materials, take minutes and track actions and monitor their execution
- Support with the preparation of presentations
- Plan and organize domestic and international trips as well as the settlement of business expenses
- Help coordinate and manage communication activities as well as various initiatives and projects in GCS
- Update of SharePoint sites and other communication material
**Your team**
- You will be working for the Head User Experience & Chief of Staff, Head Supply Chain and the Head GCS Platforms within Group Corporate Services (GCS) in our Europaallee office in Zurich and will be part of the GCS Chief of staff team. We focus on ensuring the smooth running of the GCS function as well as supporting the Head GCS.
- The Group Corporate Services function supports UBS by managing all UBS premises as well as the UBS Delivery Location globally. GCS also supports the firm with its third party vendor sourcing strategies, by identifying and delivering sourcing opportunities that provide optimal value and drive digitalization through our platforms.
**Your expertise**
- 3-5 years + relevant work experience
- excellent planning and organization skills, able to multi-task with ease, connecting the dots and curious to learn about GCS (Real estate and Supply Chain)
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels, and resilient in nature
- solid MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic IT problem solving: recognition of problems and initiation of appropriate solutions
- highly professional and discrete
- flexible and able to respond quickly to urgent requests
- self-motivated team worker
- able to effectively prioritize, anticipate problems, draw conclusion and present solutions
- well versed in both English and German, both verbally and written.
