- MBA
- Experience in the smartphone industry
- Experience in retail/enterprise sales, customer support, and/or training
- Experience managing large operating budgets and resource allocation
- Ability to think strategically, develop a team vision, and identify new business opportunities
**About the job**:
The Platforms and Ecosystems Partner Enablement team empowers partners to successfully promote and support devices that deliver the best of Google. We work with a wide range of partners, including manufacturers, carriers, retailers, and more to deliver product training, go-to-market assistance, and customer support consultation. We also channel the experience of partners to internal teams and help build excellent products.
In this role, you will manage a high-performing team that delights both internal and external stakeholders, enable personal and professional development for each team member by providing regular mentorship and performance feedback, and ensure team operations are effective, consistent, and efficient worldwide. You will also establish excellent working relationships with internal leadership across Partnerships, Product, Engineering, Go-To-Market, and Partner Engineering teams, overseeing annual business planning and advocating on behalf of the team, ensuring it has the resources and tools it needs to be effective.

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead a high-performing team dedicated to enabling Android partners in the EMEA market.
- Ensure that we provide excellent training and support to partners and drive measurable improvements to their business, including a more knowledgeable customer-facing workforce, higher business of Android phones, and continuously improving the customer experience.
- Work with cross-functional leadership to understand evolving business needs and advocate for the team.
- Lead by example and bring out the best in the team, creating a positive and inclusive culture based on trust, humility, and respect.
