**Die Rolle**:
The Channel Manager will be responsible for winning, onboarding, maintaining, and expanding relations with channel partners in Switzerland such as Enterprise and Large Account Resellers, Managed Service Providers, Solutions Provider, SI Resellers and Value-Added Resellers.

The Channel Manager will be responsible for understanding the overall sales strategy and implementing the necessary tactics to grow sales revenue in the country. The Channel Manager represents the entire range of company products and services to partners in order to achieve partner recruitment and satisfaction and sales objectives.

**Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- Proactively recruits new qualifying partners.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts
- Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts
- Proactively lead the joint partner planning processes that develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis
- Success control of lead management, channel sales and marketing activities
- Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement
- Lead solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel
- Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements
- Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners
- Forecast, report, track daily activity and monthly results, and meeting assigned sales quotas
- Achieve assigned sales quota in the territory
- Formulate and execute strategic and tactical partner business plans, which are to be reviewed on a monthly / quarterly basis
- Completes partner account plans that meet company standards
- Maintains high partner satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
- Ensure partner enablement

**Qualifikationen**:

- Minimum 5 years of channel management experience in a B2B / IT sales environment in Switzerland with a proven track record of achieving quotas
- Previous experience of successful value selling into End User accounts, business development, executive level influence, and negotiation
- Well networked in Switzerland, with existing partner relationships
- Technical know-how and profound knowledge of the SBC, VDI, MVD market and its players
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and oral)
- Ability to regular travel
- Languages: professional working proficiency in English, German and French
