Swisslinx is looking for an Office Manager (80 - 100%) to join one of our trusted clients, an international Family Office based in Zurich. In this versatile role you would be responsible for ensuring the office the daily smooth running of the office, supporting the Zurich team members with various administrative and bookkeeping tasks as well as organize events and take part in different projects.

Your Role:

- Day to day office presentation, supply management and receptionist duties
- Dealing with property maintenance, cleaners, phones and IT infrastructure
- Actively collaborating with other office locations to facilitate inter-office communication
- Organising team events and other special staff-related matters
- Making travel arrangements, as well as contact and calendar management for events
- Completing expense claim forms and dealing with supplier invoices; arranging for approval and capturing in accounting system; monthly expense analysis and ad hoc reporting
- Scanning, document management and ongoing support to the accounting and controlling team
- Participate in different projects by working alongside senior members of the office

Your Profile:

- 1-4 years of working experience within an office environment
- Prior experience in office management, administrative assistance or similar
- Excellent command of English, both in spoken and written; conversational level of German (ability to communicate with suppliers etc.)
- Professionalism and integrity with a structured work approach
- Flexible and able to take on various different responsibilities with a proactive approach
- Good command of MS office, specifically Excel
