**About the role**

We are looking for a passionate Office Manager/ Assistant to the Group CEO to manage our Zurich office with 200+ Sygnumers, run the reception and support our CEO. More precisely, the role encompasses the following areas:

- Office management: You will be responsible for our office operations including office procurement, vendor management, facilities management, and event support
- Reception management: You will be running the reception as a first point of contact for clients and Sygnumers, including welcoming visitors, picking up and distributing mail, as well as answering external phone calls. In addition, you will be coordinating the “front desk rotation” program with interns across Sygnum who are supporting at the reception
- Assistant to the Group CEO: You will be assisting our Group CEO with calendar management and administrative tasks, including travel arrangements, expense management, etc.

With this role, we hope to complement our CEO Office team with a smart mind that tackles challenges with both hands and a friendly attitude. Since the CEO Office covers a wide range of strategic and operational tasks, we are looking for someone with a can-do attitude and both practical and versatile skills. In this position, you report directly to the Chief of Staff, who reports to the Group CEO.

**What you offer**
- Proven office management experience: You have a track record of successfully managing office operations, including reception, event support, procurement / vendor management and facilities management.
- Aptitude for running the reception: You will be the face of Sygnum and primary contact point for clients, visitors and Sygnumers. Therefore, ensuring the highest professional standards and displaying a client service mindset are key.
- Executive support expertise: You have experience in providing administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, travel arrangements, and handling confidential information.
- In addition, you are a person with a positive attitude, able to multitask, prioritize effectively, and possess strong written as well as verbal communication skills in German and English.

- This is a full-time position (100%).
- This is not a remote position, working from the office will be required.
