**COO / Member of the Management Board (m/w/d)****:
**Your responsibility**
- Analysing and optimising operational business processes with the aim of efficient cost reduction
- Implement relevant targets and KPIs for control and discussion with staff and management
- Guarantee proper development of projects till their completion (SAT), according to order confirmation
- Ensure procurement efficiency, supply chain, commodity management and logistics activities with relevant departments
- Find solutions and make decisions in case of operational deviations or general difficulties
- Participate and actively contribute to executive meetings as a valuable sparring partner
- Leading, motivating, coaching employees

**Your profile**
- Completed technical training with a university degree, e.g., in mechanical engineering
- High level of technical understanding and interest in the development of high-tech systems
- Further education in business administration
- Very good practical experience in process-/project management
- Good knowledge of international logistics and supply chains
- Strong, solution-oriented and committed personality with high leadership skills and hands-on mentality
- Ability to implement change with passion and spirit and to exemplify the company values
- Fluent in French and English, German very welcome
