Become a part of SMG and support our Board Affairs team as of June / July 2023 or by agreement as our new Intern Board Affairs.
**Job Description**:
Board Affairs is a support function that supports the senior management in the preparation of various meetings on the top decision-making level as well as other exciting projects. In the position as Intern Board Affairs, you will gain valuable professional experience and insights in different areas of expertise through a broad range of tasks and close collaboration with different departments across SMG as well as immediate proximity to the key decision-makers of the company.
**These are your tasks**:
- Support in the preparation, planning and coordination of Board of Directors meetings, shareholder meetings and meetings of the SMG Top Management
- Responsible for various administrative tasks such as coordinating the preparation of individual agenda items. You further support the creation of presentations in close collaboration with the different departments across SMG
- Implementation of various ad hoc tasks for the attention of the upper management as well as support on various exciting projects
- You are encouraged to support the further development of Board Affairs and the continuous process improvements
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Entrepreneurship or related fields
- First relevant work experience (e.g., internships) in the field of Consulting, Business Development, Finance, Project Management, or related fields is a plus.
- Independent, structured, solution-oriented, and precise way of working
- Resilience and professional handling under time pressure with high attention to detail
- Discretion when handling confidential information
- High willingness to learn, optimistic charisma with a can-do mentality and entrepreneurial mindset
- An excellent command of English and German
