Im Rahmen einer Nachfolgelösung suchen wir für unser Verkaufsteam unsere/n

Head of Sales Snacks (M/W/D)

Sie leiten das internationale Sales Team (6 Direct reports), welches an den Standorten in Österreich, Holland

und der Schweiz sitzt. Basierend auf der HACO Custom-Made Snacks Strategie arbeiten Sie die Sales-Strategie

aus und setzen diese mit Ihrem Team um. Sie generieren Leads, gewinnen Neukunden und betreuen beste
- hende Kunden in unterschiedlichen Marktsegmenten in ganz Europa. In Zusammenarbeit mit der Entwick
- lungsabteilung entwickeln Sie die strategischen Produkteportfolios weiter. Sie nehmen Ihre Umsatz
- und De
- ckungsbeitrags-Verantwortung wahr, legen die Jahres-/Monats-Ziele fest und überwachen diese. Sie rapportie
- ren an die Geschäftsleitungen der Snacks Gesellschaften und an das HACO Custom-Made Snacks Board. Ihre

Basis ist Gümligen/BE, ihr Einsatzort erfordert allerdings Flexibilität.

- denorientierte Persönlichkeit mit folgendem Profil:

- Ihre Basis haben Sie sich in einem Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, der Lebensmittelwissenschaft, o.ä.

(Uni, FH oder analoge Ausbildungsstufe) erarbeitet.
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb von FMCG-Produkten, mit Vorzug im B-2-B und/oder

im Retail-Business.
- Sie verfügen über strategisches Denkvermögen und analytische Fähigkeiten.
- Eine selbstständige und initiative Arbeitsweise zeichnet Sie aus, dazu überzeugen Sie mit hoher Verkaufs-,

Verhandlungs
- und Beratungskompetenz sowie Abschlussstärke.
- Dank Ihrem gewinnenden Auftreten und Ihrer Team
- und Kommunikationskompetenz können Sie mit un
- terschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern konstruktiv zusammenarbeiten.
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englisch-Kenntnisse und über eine Reisebereitschaft (inkl. regel
- mässiger Präsenz bei den Gesellschaften).
