**Head of Controlling**

Unser Controlling-Team leistet als Businesspartner einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Sicherstellung der finanziellen Unternehmensführung in einem sehr spannenden und kompetitiven Umfeld.

**Aufgaben**
- Führen und weiterentwickeln des Controlling-Teams
- Sicherstellen der Budgetierungs-, Planungs
- und Abschlussprozesses
- Bereitstellen von Reports, Analysen und bedarfsgerechter Führungsinformationen
- Ermittlung von Standardkosten und aktive Mitarbeit bei der Preiskalkulation
- Etablierung einer Controlling-Mentalität und Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse und Tools
- (Fachliche-) Leitung und Mitarbeit in Finanz
- und Controllingprojekten

**Voraussetzungen**
- Betriebswirtschaftliche Aus
- oder Weiterbildung mit Schwerpunkt Controlling
- Mehrjährige Berufs
- und Führungserfahrung in ähnlichen Positionen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Produktions
- und Vertriebscontrolling
- IT-Affinität (Excel, Pivot, BI) und sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse
- Hohes Mass an Eigeninitiative und unternehmerischem Denken
- Kommunikativer Teamplayer mit Hands-on-Mentalität und Blick fürs Ganze
- Strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise
