Tes responsabilités

  • Tu es responsable de l'analyse des principaux indicateurs de gestion de ton département (chiffres d'affaires, marges, frais de personnel) et de la mise en place de plans d'actions correctifs si nécessaire.
  • Tu définis et tu mets en œuvre la stratégie commerciale et économique du département dont tu exerces la responsabilité.
  • Tu es responsable de l'exécution de la stratégie dans les restaurants.
  • Tu garantis la bonne organisation et les résultats économiques des négociations (annuelles ou promotionnelles) avec les fournisseurs.
  • Tu assures la qualité et le suivi des assortiments permanents et promotionnels.
  • Tu garantis la bonne organisation et le suivi du plan de communication promotionnel.
  • Tu garantis la qualité du niveau d'engagement de tes collaborateurs par un pouvoir social affirmé et reconnu.
  • Tu suis les grandes tendances de consommations, les évolutions des marchés et les nouveautés produits.
  • Tu garantis la bonne exécution des concepts avec les équipes dans les restaurants.
  • Tu diriges et tu coaches tes collaborateurs directs ainsi que l'ensemble du team (répartitions des tâches, fixation d'objectifs, définition de plan de développement, suivi plans de carrières).

Ton profil

  • Dans l’idéal, tu possèdes une expérience opérationnelle en gérance de restaurants.
  • Tu as l'expérience du suivi et de la composition d'un compte de résultats.
  • Tu disposes d’une solide expérience de négociations avec les fournisseurs.
  • Tu as une personnalité orientée vers les solutions, les clients et le service et tu places le client au premier plan.
  • Tu es capable de diriger ton équipe pour obtenir les résultats souhaités, de l’enthousiasmer grâce à tes qualités de coach et de la motiver durablement.
  • Tu es capable d'assurer le développement produit et d'analyser des marchés.
  • Tu possèdes une aisance certaine dans tes contacts avec les fournisseurs, les magasins et les fonctions supports du siège.
  • Tu as l'habitude de relever de nouveaux défis et de prendre des décisions stratégiques.

Manor SA, dont le siège central est situé à Bâle, est le leader du marché suisse dans le secteur des grands magasins avec une part de marché d’environ 60%. Au total, l’entreprise emploie environ 7'500 personnes et forme environ 250 apprenti·e·s par an.
