Für ein nachhaltiges, innovatives Unternehmen auf Expansionskurs in Europa, führend in seiner Branche, sind wir auf der Suche nach einer Person als Head of Finance.- deine Aufgaben- Du verantwortest eigenständig den Aufbau der Finance-Abteilung und steuerst ergebnisorientiert alle Aufgaben im Accounting, Controlling und Finance für die verschiedenen Gesellschaften im In
- und Ausland
- Du führst die Finanz
- und Nebenbuchhaltung sowie die Kreditoren
- und Debitorenbuchhaltung selbstständig
- Du baust dein eigenes, kleines Team auf, führst und entwickelst es
- Du erstellst die Lohnbuchhaltung mit allen nötigen sozialen Abrechnungen, die Mehrwertsteuer und bist für deren fristgerechte Einreichung verantwortlich
- Du erstellst die Monats
- und Jahresabschlüsse eigenständig und managst den Rechnungsversand sowie das Mahnwesen
- Dein Profil- Du verfügst über den eidg. Fachausweis Treuhand und bringst mind. 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit, von Vorteil in einer vergleichbaren Position, vorzugsweise hast du schon mit Abacus gearbeitet
- Durch deine hohe Eigenmotivation und Proaktivität arbeitest du sehr selbstständig und zeichnest dich durch eine sehr strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise aus
- Du bist eine engagierte und zielstrebige Persönlichkeit, behältst stets den Überblick und fühlst dich mit einer eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsweise wohl
- Du bist offen gegenüber den aktuellen Trends in der Treuhandbranche, z.B. Digitalisierung, und freust dich darauf, diese aktiv mitzuprägen
- Du beherrschst die deutsche und die englische Sprache sicher in Ausdruck, Rechtschreibung und Grammatik
