RESPONSABILITIES
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the overall marketing and business objective
- Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel digital campaigns
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies, overseeing in coordination with Head of Creative Marketing, the creation of high-quality, engaging content across the various platforms
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists, setting clear performance expectations and goals.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to drive continuous improvement
- Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and cost-efficiency
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to stakeholders, including recommendations for optimization
- Oversee SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and manage SEM campaigns, including pay-per-click advertising
- Manage the company's presence on social media platforms, driving engagement, brand loyalty, and lead generation
- Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics, implementing strategies to improve website performance
- Plan and execute online advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, social media platforms, and display networks
- Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and tools, recommending and implementing innovative strategies
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and imagery across all digital channels, collaborating with other departments to maintain brand integrity
- Ensure all digital marketing efforts comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Work closely with other departments such as sales, product development, and customer service to align marketing efforts with overall business goals

Responsible for a team of 5 people

PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or in the media and communication field
- Min 10 years of experience in a senior-level digital marketing role, with responsibility for digital strategy and data analysis
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices
- Proficient in analytics and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and French
- Motivated to take over a challenging position and to work in a fast paced, international environment
- Passion for digital and an affinity for all new forms of communicating
- Ability to work successfully with multinational teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure
- Autonomous and flexible
- Organised and able to manage priorities
- Customer-oriented and able to take the initiative
