**Ihr Einsatz**
Hauptaufgaben
- Leitung der Marketingorganisation und Förderung einer inspirierenden Führungskultur
- Entwicklung eines lokalen Marketingplans durch Datenanalyse mit Schwerpunkt auf Marktanteilen und Umsatz
- Lokale Aktivierung von globalen und regionalen Innovationen, Projekten und Tools
- Verantwortung für das Marketingbudget
- Repräsentation der Firma bei Verbrauchern, Einzelhändlern, Agenturen und Marketingverbänden

Zuständigkeiten
- Erstellung eines langfristigen lokalen Marketingplans (Strategie) innerhalb des globalen und regionalen Rahmens und auf der Grundlage von Verbraucherinformationen und kommerziellen Daten
- Auf der Grundlage der lokalen Strategie Festlegung des jährlichen Marketingplans
- Verwaltung und Steuerung des Marketingbudgets und Zuweisung von Investitionen im Einklang mit der lokalen Strategie und den globalen/regionalen Richtlinien
- Anpassung von globalem/regionalem Material (Produktgrafiken, Kommunikationsmittel usw.) an lokale Bedürfnisse, z. B. Sprache, gesetzliche Vorschriften, Kundenanforderungen, und Entwicklung von lokalem Instore-Material, um die Sichtbarkeit und den Impuls in Übereinstimmung mit den Instore-Richtlinien der Kunden.

**Ihr Profil**
- Hochschulabschluss, bevorzugt Wirtschaftswissenschaften
- 8 - 10 Jahre Erfahrung in Marketing und Trade Marketing
- Zwingende Erfahrung in FMCG
- Bewusstsein für Kultur / starke/erprobte Fähigkeit, sich an unterschiedliche kulturelle Umgebungen anzupassen
- Erfahrung und nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, sich in einem schnelllebigen Unternehmensumfeld mit Ambiguität zurechtzufinden
- Führungserfahrung mit Erfolgsbilanz in der Leitung und Entwicklung leistungsstarker Teams
- Unternehmerisches Denken und hohe Proaktivität, um Geschäftsmöglichkeiten mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein voranzutreiben
- Starker Teamplayer, der Spaß an funktionsübergreifender und internationaler Zusammenarbeit hat
- Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
- Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
