**IHRE AUFGABEN**

Wir suchen eine erfahrene Head of Vendor Manager die unser Team als_ _Leiter/in des Vendor Managements verstärkt. In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für die strategische Entwicklung und den Aufbau unserer Fokus-Lieferanten und fungieren als Schnittstelle zwischen Hersteller, Kunden, Marketing, Technik und Einkauf. Diese Position berichtet an den Country Manager Schweiz.
- Strategische und operative Leitung des Vendor Managements in der SchweizVerantwortung für die Entwicklung und den Ausbau unserer Fokus-Lieferanten
- Pflege von Produktkenntnissen und Durchführung von Markt
- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
- Entwicklung, Planung und Umsetzung von Vertriebs
- und Marketingstrategien in Zusammenarbeit mit Hersteller und lokalem Marketing
- Identifikation und Akquisition von neuen Partnern entsprechend der Vorgaben im Businessplan
- Begleitung von neuen Partnern bis zur Umsetzung erster Projekte
- Vertretung des Unternehmens beim Lieferanten und unseren Geschäftspartnern
- Entwicklung von Strategien zur erfolgreichen Einführung von Produkten auf dem Schweizer Markt

**IHR PROFIL**
- Fundierte Aus-/Weiterbildung in Betriebswirtschaft und/oder Informatik
- Erfahrung in der IT-Branche mit Schwerpunkt auf IT-Security, Infrastruktur und Netzwerktechnik
- Vertrautheit mit Begriffen wie Zero-Day Attack, Advanced Persistent Threat, Malware, Cloud oder Software Defined Networking
- Unkomplizierte und effektive Führung und Kommunikation
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung, Teamplayer, eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, initiativ und motivierend
- Erfahrung in der Distribution von Vorteil, aber nicht erforderlich
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und exzellente Auffassungsgabe komplexer Zusammenhänge
- Gute Präsentationstechnik, ausgeprägtes kaufmännisches Zahlenverständnis und fortgeschrittener Umgang mit MS-Excel.
