Tasks and Responsibilities
The LDC Commercial IT Lead will be responsible for leading and managing the commercial IT team in the LDC project. The main focus will be on providing functional consultancy for the LDC Commercial ERP Lead. The role involves defining the project scope, monitoring team progress, managing budgets, and ensuring timely completion of project milestones. Ideally, the candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience working on Pharmaceutical projects.
The Service Provider is expected to: Lead and manage the commercial IT team in the LDC project. Define the scope of deliverables for the commercial IT team in the LDC project. Monitor the progress of the commercial IT team and establish deadlines based on the LDC project milestones. Select the appropriate tools and resources. Control the cost and manage the budget set by the LDC program management. Support the program management in defining KPIs to measure progress and success. Assign and track work. Guide the team in selecting the right tools and resources. Act as a liaison between upper management and cross-functional teams responsible for project execution. Ensure the LDC commercial IT team meets and delivers the agreed scope, schedule, and quality.Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience working on projects and infrastructure. Thorough understanding of functional consulting within the context of commercial IT projects. Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams in complex projects. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Capable of working effectively under pressure and meeting tight deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Proficient in selecting the appropriate tools and resources for project execution. Familiarity with budget management and cost control. Knowledgeable in establishing and tracking KPIs for project success. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.Benefits
