**YOUR TASKS ***

Your mission: define, implement and coordinate the local influencer and communication strategy for all Consumer Products brands in the DACH region. You are the main contact for top local influencers and key local opinion leaders.
- ** Expertise**: Be the expert of the Swiss influencer landscape and on the pulse of current social media trends. Develop a high level of knowledge of the Swiss social media environment. Integrate and maintain brand equity in all organic partnerships and content.
- ** Business**: you are the main contact for our influencers and create the local influencer strategy in accordance with the internation and DACH guidelines. Taking into account ROI, you will ensure the best influencer pyramid for all brands/categories. You will host events to drive brand engagement.
- ** Collaborative**: you will actively work on improving internal, DACH and external ways of working to make them as efficient as possible. You will be responsible for selecting the best external influencers and PR agency with whom we work in partnership.
- ** Activation**: you will ensure high quality influencer and PR content in line with brand value and golden rules.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- You are a strong communicator, with good interpersonal skills, who loves to motivate others
- You already have some professional experience in marketing, are generally interested in trends and observe consumer behavior with curiosity
- You are hands-on, quick to put your concepts into action and good at dealing with complexity
- You are fluent in English, German (or Swiss German), French (not a must)
- You are a team player and enjoy taking on new challenges
- You are proactive, independent and reliable and do not hesitate to manage your projects with verve.
