**YOUR TASKS ***

**Your mission: As Advocacy and Communication Manager, you will play a key role in transforming our brands into true love brands. You will be responsible for defining, implementing as well as coordinating the local influencer and communication strategy for several brands of the Luxury Division in Switzerland and will be the main contact person for top local influencers, journalists and other important local opinion leaders.**
- ** Expertise**:You know your way around the Swiss influencer landscape and have your finger on the pulse of current social media trends, implementing efficient campaigns to promote awareness and brand love of the brands and product categories entrusted to you.
- ** Business**:You develop and implement the local advocacy and communication strategy following international and DACH guidelines. You plan and implement influencer campaigns (organic and paid) and organize influencer and PR events. In doing so, you regularly track the relevant KPIs, evaluate them, and provide action recommendations to exploit optimization potential fully.
- ** Collaborative work**: You are the main contact person for local influencers and journalists, building and maintaining your network. You will work closely with our agency. You are also in close and regular contact with our marketing and digital teams and make sure that your actions are in line with the overall brand strategy. Internally, you actively participate in improving internal and external processes and share best practices with the advocacy community.
- ** Budget optimization**: You manage the annual budget while optimizing the ROI of your actions.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- You are strong in communication and networking, with good interpersonal skills, love to motivate others for your projects, and are a team player.
- You already have some professional experience in marketing, are generally interested in trends, and observe consumer behavior with curiosity.
- You are structured and analytical
- You are hands-on, quick to put concepts into practice, and good at dealing with complexity.
- You are fluent in English, German and/or French.
- You are proactive, independent, and reliable and do not hesitate to manage your projects with drive.
