ABOUT THE POSITION

The Regional Account Operations Lead owns the supply chain relationship with our Distributor Partners in APAC region to ensure seamless order, shipping and billing activities.

Working in close partnership with the Regional Sales Leader you will drive right first time ordering of sellable and sample products, ensure logístical and documentation capabilities for order collection and drive our vision in the region to be recognized as the best Distributor supply chain and operations team in the industry.

As Regional Account Operations Lead you will ensure alignment to, and continuous improvement of our standards and processes to optimize supply chain performance.

You will be supported from day 1 by our Operational Excellence team, with whom you will interact to ensure system execution and seasonal order management readiness for your Distributor account responsibilities.

Alongside your daily responsibilities and Key Performance Metrics, we will enable growth opportunities by leadership of standard operational work processes and enhancement projects, design to accelerate performance and simplify operations.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE DIFFERENCE
- Leading seasonal execution preparation (control master data set up, Shipping Operating Procedure)
- Leading the consolidation plan with distributors
- Organizing conference calls & meetings internally and externally around Accounts pre-seasonal preparation
- Providing recommendations and guidelines to Account Operations department on delivery flows expectations and processes of good execution
- Interacting as a strategical contact with Accounts in case of significant delivery flow deviations from forecast and-or guideline, in order to discuss / validate the requirement feasibility
- Following up and analysing the execution performance of the current season and initiates action plans that will support the optimization of best practices, standardization/globalization, efficiency, and transformation of the supply chain
- Following up proactively key performance indicators (KPI) that would allow action plan at time of the post season review
- Identifying key gaps and opportunities to improve account profitability
- Leading with internal key partners on Account operational activities including operational reviews, quarterly summaries, and monthly meetings

YOU ARE
- A dynamic, proactive Supply Chain professional

- A strong communicator; able to take complex topics and simplify into short, insightful, actionable, audience ready actions
- Comfortable in interacting with business partners of different cultures
- Commercially savvy/business oriented with a growth mindset and a can-do attitude
- Fluent in English, available to work full-time in Switzerland and to travel on a regular basis

YOU HAVE
- A degree in Supply Chain/Business Management or in any related field
- At least 3 years of successful experience in an International Customer Service/Operations role, within a multi-country B2B environment
- Advanced SAP & MS Excel skills; other supply chain system capabilities are a bonus
- A solid understanding of the Distributor Go To Market Model is a nice to have
- Experience working within the apparel industry or for a FMCG company, an asset
- A collaborative, solution focused mindset with the ability to drive sustainable performance
- Strong process delivery and optimization skills
