In this role you will wear a double hat; you will act as local **HR Business Partne**r and as **HR Operations Lead** for our Geneva office.
As part of our HR Business Partner Team, you act as the main HR point of contact of Managers and employees; you partner with our HR Operations Teams and Centres of Expertise to provide employees with HR guidance, solutions, and support. You play an important role in driving the talent strategy while acting as a business enabler and contributing to a positive employee experience.
As our local HR Operations Lead, you ensure that the local day-to-day HR operations run smoothly in partnership with our HR Operations teams, and external providers. You supervise the execution of the payroll and other HR operational processes, ensuring compliance with company-wide policies and procedures and Swiss Law. You will also drive and implement various continuous improvement initiatives with the aim of streamlining and automating our HR policies and processes.

- As an HRBP you will:_
- Act as main HR point of contact for local employees and managers; provide HR guidance, coaching and support;
- Provide local HR operational support and expertise along the entire employee lifecycle, in partnership with HR Operations and HR CoEs, contributing to a positive employee experience;
- Drive, implement and/or support the implementation of various HR initiatives;
- Ensure HR compliance with Swiss Labor law; provide expertise on Swiss Labor Law matters in partnership with external lawyers;
- Oversee and support Global Mobility cases in collaboration with the Global Mobility Team and external providers.
- As Local HR Operations Lead you will:_
- Ensure seamless execution of the local day-to-day HR operations;
- Supervise the Geneva payroll process, ensuring accurate execution by the HR Operations teams and external payroll and other providers;
- Supervising the administration of employee social contributions and benefits in collaboration with related external providers e.g., pension funds and insurances;
- Owning and driving continuous improvement initiatives to simplify and automate local HR processes and policies.

You have experience working in an international matrix organization and understand the role of HR in enabling business success. Additionally, you:
- Have a Federal HR diploma and/or equivalent local HR experience and knowledge in Swiss Labor Law and local employer obligations (Social Security, etc.)
- Have University Degree in HR, Business, Psychology or HR related fields
- 7+ years of experience as an HR Generalist including Payroll supervision; 2+ years’ experience as an HRBP
- Are a French native speaker & are fluent in English
- You have excellent MS Office skills and generally are curious to learn about new systems and technologies
