- This position is responsible for defining Sonova’s global leadership and learning strategy and the execution of that strategy. Includes leadership programs and enabling a learning culture - all supported by state of the art technology. Accountable for overseeing the organization’s leadership development and learning efforts by partnering with business leaders and HR business partners to develop talent development plans and leading the execution of those plans through a small network of leadership and learning specialists. This role is a member of the Talent CoE and is responsible for ensuring that the learning experience is appropriately integrated and aligned with other talent functions (e.g. talent acquisition, engagement, Diversity & Inclusion and talent management).**Your tasks**
- In conjunction with the Talent Leadership team, the business leaders and the lead HR Business Partners, contribute to defining an integrated leadership and learning strategy
- Lead the development and implementation of short and long term leadership and management development plans aligned to organisational strategy and business plans
- Execute on a clear model of leadership expectations and behaviors across the organisation and refine as necessary
- Develop and implement a learning and development experience that enables the business to achieve its goals, adapting to internal changes and external economic market conditions
- Manage the design, evaluation and maintenance of organisation-wide leadership and develop solutions to ensure they meet the business, compliance and regulatory requirements
- Ensure that appropriate management development programs and other learning interventions are designed and delivered to develop the existing management population and create the leaders of the future
- Develop, implement and manage a coaching and mentoring frameworks across the organisation
- Provide leadership and direction to the Leadership & Learning team to build capability and strive to develop World Class expertise and offerings
- Ensure appropriate controls are in place to manage resources, planning, budgets, risk and compliance processes within the core team
- Develop and deliver Executive and non-executive level induction programs
- Work with the Learning team to deliver a seamless onboarding process for all joiners
- Selection of the leadership assessment tools, and potential partners, in conjunction with Talent Acquisition
- Managing our external partnerships with business schools or learning providers

**Your profile**
- Master Degree in Psychology, Marketing, HR or Business
- 10+ years of work experience in a Learning & Leadership Development role in a fast paced global environment
- In-depth knowledge about leadership and learning and an overview of market factors impacting talent
- Proven leadership skills as well as experience leading a global team
- Strong internal consulting skills, with ability to champion and influence change at senior levels and a willingness to take risks
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including listening, oral, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to drive and contribute to the process change and improvement.
- Very good English communication skills both written and spoken any other languages are an asset
