**Talent & Learning Manager - Corporate Functions & Functional Services**:

The Talent & Learning Manager will lead the design, development, and implementation of functional organizational de-velopment, talent management, career development and employee experience initiatives for Corporate Functions and Services (Finance, IS, Legal, Comms & Sustainability, and HR). Together with a team of talent & learning specialists, will oversee overall governance, manage active portfolio, and enable best in class people development solutions linked to role life cycle for area under responsibility. This position reports into the Head of HR - Corporate Functions and Functional Services. Preferred location Zurich and/or European Time Zone.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Define and implement the strategy for Corporate and Functional Services Talent & Learning in alignment with Group guidance, policies, and procedures.
- Actively participate on the Corporate HR leadership team in shaping and executing HR strategy while working with HR leadership and/or senior leadership to develop organizational change strategies.
- Define, implement, and continuously optimize Talent & Learning processes and procedures. Conduct needs assessments, focus groups, and develop employee education initiatives to support performance and career development. Work directly on programs that will impact building a continuous learning culture.
- Partner with functional and business leaders to understand current issues that can be supported or resolved through existing, new, and/or improved Talent & Learning practices, processes, or policies. Counsels on effective solutions and support long-term objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulation, policies, and standards.
- Ensure (with support of the relevant HR Business Partner) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Guide, motivate and develop direct and indirect subordinates.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management; Masters preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience driving design, development, and implementation of functional organizational development initiatives. Prior experience delivering D&I programs a plus.
- Proven ability to lead and oversee the development and delivery of talent management, learning and capabilities develop-ment initiatives of a broad scale. Strong end-to-end process thinking and experience of managing change. Experience in leading a team (direct and indirect) in a global environment. Fluent English - verbal and written, excellent communication skills. Strategic mindset. Thorough understanding of business drivers and global external trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and anticipate the needs of a changing landscape, excellent organizational, prioritizing, and multi-tasking skills, excellent presentation, analytical and leadership skills, ability to motivate. Ability to network and collaborate with and influence senior leaders and HR leaders globally. Excellent relationship building ability across stakeholders.
- Prior working experience with one or more corporate functions preferred.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, MS Project, Visio/Aris, PowerPoint).
