Our Talent team is expanding with the growth of On and we are looking for an enthusiastic person to join us in this journey as a Learning & Engagement Intern. You will connect our programs to our learners, and our learners feedback to our programs through creative communications, feedback loops and engaging our learners in every part of their learning journey.

Your Team

This role is part of our Engagement & Growth function with the main mission being to provide powerful programs that are aligned to On’s entrepreneurial culture and to support our team in their development journey with On.

Your Mission
- To engage our learners through their entire learning journey, starting with inspiring communications, seamless coordination, and effective use of our learning management system to automate and organise learning events.
- You are passionate about words and you craft inspiring communications that bring learning opportunities to life, you have the magic to engage learners in their journey right from the very start.
- You are organised, and can organise others in effective ways, you work with the senior leadership team, and other partners across On to schedule and coordinate learning sessions and events.
- You use varied ways of getting feedback from learners, and are able to analyse the data received, and present it to your peers in a way that can help evolve the way we do learning.
- You support the delivery of learning, by helping our experts host online and live training sessions. You are creative and use all the tools available to you to make sure the sessions are as engaging as possible.
- You become an expert on our learning management system, and leverage it to make coordination, and automation of whole learning events as easy as possible.
- You will identify areas of improvement and drive projects to find and implement new solutions and cross-collaborate with other teams to create an innovative learning experience.
